earliest interest in photography was prompted by my visual delight in lines.
I noticed the lines of an object or a group of objects, a building, or a
scene and I wanted to capture them in an image. Lines often lead one
to see patterns or shapes as well. Identifying and photographing
lines, patterns, and shapes led to improvements in my photography for the
simple reason that improving any observational skill develops a better
photographic eye."
